In the winter months from October to the end of March and sometimes into April we offer our Coles Bay Suite and Petie's Cottage as three month or six month long term rentals.
We are located in North Saanich close to Sidney and 25 minutes from Victoria. The airport is 5 minutes away by car, 10 minutes to the BC Ferries, 5 minutes to the Washington State Ferry and the local bus system has stops a 5 minute walk from the property.
Coles Bay Suite
The fully furnished 1050 sq ft suite has two bedrooms with a good sized kitchen, laundry facilities, bathroom with bath/shower, large open area with six chair dining room table, living room with sofa bed and lots of storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the bathroom has towels and the bedrooms have sheets/blankets/comforters available. The two bedrooms and living room have large flat screen TVs including Netflix and a wide range of channels.
There is a concrete deck area with a large barbecue just outside.
Utilities are included in rent and parking for a single car. Additional vehicles can be considered for an additional monthly cost.
The Coles Bay Beach is a five minute walk away and we have lots of walking trails in our quiet rural neighborhood.

We do not allow storage containers or boxes in the suite.

Petie'sCottage
The fully furnished 1150 sq ft cottage hasone bedrooms with a large kitchen, laundry facilities, bathroom with bath/shower, sunken living room, dining area and table, sunken living room with sofa bed and lots of storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the bathroom has towels and the bedroom has sheets/blankets/comforters available. The bedroom and living room have large flat screen TVs including Netflix and a wide range of channels.
There is a deck area with a l barbecue just outside.
